About
Filipe Sobral, M.D. FACS, is board-certified in General Surgery. Dr. Sobral earned his Medical Degree at Indiana University School of Medicine, where he also completed his Internship in General Surgery. Dr. Sobral completed his Residency program in General Surgery at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dr. Sobral gained additional clinical experience on international rotation in South India.
Before joining Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group, Dr. Sobral served as a general surgeon with Mount Sinai Doctors of Long Island in Huntington, New York.
Dr. Sobral is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons.
