Dr. O is my new Dr. She is very honest with me about how I'm doing in taking care of myself. I'm a multi tasker and this can get in my way on some days and other days it's great. I leave appts after seeing Dr O with more drive than before the appt. I leave with my head held higher and more motivation. Now it's my turn again to keep that momentum going. I can say today since my last resent visit I have been doing very well in keeping that drive and determination going. I know Dr O cares about her patients and I want to show her that I'm listening to her directions and advice so that I can make her proud of me. Thank you Dr. O so much for being a wonderful Dr. I feel very comfortable with you and I know I have to keep working harder on myself in getting my weight down.
