Honestly, the next time I need medical advice and the appointment is with him, I will rather go to a Holyoke Medical Center Walk-In Clinic. I've been with Trinity for many years, and only twice I have felt this way. Yesterday was the worse.

Gave me options. He was caring and seemed very competent.

Michael made me feel comtable made sure I was safe before I left the office and made sure I left with all my questions answered. He even referral me to a neurologist when I got home the neurologist office call me and made a appointment for my migraine. Show bedside manner and made sure I was safe. Thank you Michael
