Very professional and explains every thing thoroughly. Also, both Ernesto and Lolita are very courteous and concerned.
Dr Chen answered my questions, reviewed x-rays and scans and made sure I understood the info. Great eye contact from both. Pls acknowledge these professionals.
Dr. was great, very thorough and friendly. Unfortunately my issue is not pulmonary so I still am not sure what's going on however Dr gave his thoughts on what he suspects and is following up with a future ct scan. I felt better about everything after I saw him.
Dr. Chen has always provided me with the upmost care and respect as a person. I do not trust anyone else with my pulmonary concerns. He is a fantastic doctor and should be recognized that he respects patients and treats patients like they are a individual person not a number.

I have been seeing Dr. Chen for many years and have always been impressed by his expertise and his ability to keep up with all the new medications and treatments available. I never feel rushed and I always feel listened to and heard. He discusses my concerns and makes suggestions, but never makes me feel like he is forcing me to do something I'm not comfortable with. He's top-notch!!!
