Language Services
Trinity Health Of New England and its affiliates provide equal access to all persons, including d/Deaf, deafened, hard of hearing patients, those with whose first/preferred language is not English, visually impaired or have other special communication needs, to ensure that all individuals feel welcomed and respected.
To make sure everyone is understood, we provide free interpretation (verbal communication) and translation (written documents) options for those who are d/Deaf, deafened, hard of hearing, or their first/preferred language is not English. Additional auxiliary aids include, amplified headsets, big button (braille) telephones, TTY telephones, video relay services and other auxiliary aids. For more information, click here.
As a patient, or companion, you have the right to FREE language assistance. Please tell our staff if you require help, or contact one of the hospitals below, and we will arrange it for you.
