Welcome to Trinity Health Of New England! We are glad you’re here!

All team members attend virtual orientation, followed by additional on-site orientation for most positions. You will be emailed your customized orientation schedule. Along with orientation, you’ll need to complete a few important tasks during your first week. Use this page to guide you, and please don’t hesitate to reach out to your manager with any questions!

Employee Handbook

New Hire Orientation

All new and rehire colleagues for ALL work locations will be required to attend our HR Orientation on site at Saint Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT.  Parking is in a surface lot across the street from the building in which the orientation is held.  A security guard will be stationed in the parking lot for assistance.

  • Time:  8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Food: Coffee, tea and water will be provided in the morning.  A box lunch will be served.  You are welcome to bring your own lunch but please note, there is no refrigeration or microwave available.
  • Dress Code: Business casual or scrubs

A document with more details and the map will be sent you you the week prior to your orientation.

  • For colleagues in a Non-Clinical Role or working in a Medical Group Location please contact your Manager for Day 2 instructions.

Once your orientation is complete, you are ready to work! You should have received instructions from your manager on where & when to report. If you did not, please reach out to your manager for assistance.

Setup Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

You will find instructions on how to setup MFA and access Trinity Health resources such as Connect Portal (Remote Access), Workday, and Microsoft 365 products from off-site locations on the Trinity Health Remote Access Help Center.
