Dr Yu always takes his time and explains what he is doing. He always makes sure I understand what I need to do next.

I didn’t feel heard and left crying. I prepared myself for this appointment with little to no confidence but my friends helped me feel confident in going. However, all my fears came true. I didn’t feel heard. Everything I expected happened and I let myself down thinking that after waiting over 4 months would have turn out to a 10 minute physical exam with the inability to discuss the list I created months ago to discuss during my annual physical. I was disappointed and been crying since yesterday.
Listened to all my questions.. answered them to my understanding… gave me a referral and recommendations for further care

I was concerned about a new problem but was reassured with his diagnosis, comforted that he was considering other diagnoses that my family was worried about and had the treatment and follow-up if necessary was carefully explained.

He provides helpful tips to relay to them for when they see their own providers.
