I have one very serious issue. In the confirmation of my appointment my daughter was contacted. She is not my contact I have never provided her information. I am not certain how you got her number. Fortunately she forwarded me the message and I was able to confirm. I do have concerns about providing my appointment information to someone who I have not authorized as a contact. I asked while confirming my appointment and at my appointment how this could happen and nobody seems to have an explanation as to how this could occur but it did.
