Everyone in the nicu and CCN were beyond exceptional
Awesome staff always willing to listen and answer to our questions
Thus provided has cared for our three children for years. We followed her from one office to another. In all of our interactions I’ve never felt so dismissed. This interaction has me seriously questioning if we need to switch. At one point a hand was literally waved to dismiss what I was saying. Absolutely not okay.
