Awesome staff always willing to listen and answer to our questions
Thus provided has cared for our three children for years. We followed her from one office to another. In all of our interactions I've never felt so dismissed. This interaction has me seriously questioning if we need to switch. At one point a hand was literally waved to dismiss what I was saying. Absolutely not okay.

I was concern about my sons poop and how he was very fussy and other pa told me it's probably just a virus so after not knowing finally Susan took her time to figure out why ran test and he was allergic to cow's milk protein and she immediately got a resolution and now he is much happier
