She is kind and caring doctor who explains your situation to you so you can understand it.
Dr. Chopra listens and explains things in a manner that can be understood by non-medical people. The people she treats are not “customers/members� - we are patients - and for that I'm thankful.

Provider is well above average and a good Dr. my one complaint, to Trinity, would be lack of access to telehealth. I live on border of CT in MA, where you also own Mercy Hospital, and can not have telehealth appts, I'm in a wheelchair and it would be a huge help, because my address is in MA and Dr Chopra is 25 minutes away in CT. Very foolish to not have a system in place for telehealth, you still make the same money and telehealth actually cuts down time spent with pts and prepping exam rooms etc, it is something Trinity needs to address sooner than later especially after the covid pandemic. Someone isn't paying attention.
I think one of the things that stand out to me is how Dr. Chopra spends time with her patients. She never rushes, and it feels like she *actually listens*. She takes her time, is careful, and considers different angles.
I feel like the whole health care system has changed and not for the better.
I just would like to have answers more quickly and talk more with my doctor.

Overall the most efficient office and always working with you to schedule your appointments. I would like to also that Ron in the front office is such a pleasure to speak to as well and his kindness for and outstanding customer service!
