Yolanda is an aprn with many open appointments- she does not give her patience enough time, it is not accurate with information with regard to immunizations, when she heard of a Covid status, she couldn't get out of the room fast enough. She does not conclude her visits with a thorough description of the presenting issues, treatment plan, and what is expected to follow up.
