I thought more things would be covered and discussed during the physical such as my weight, diet, and exercise. They were placed in the notes, but never mentioned at all in person.
She is very thorough and listens and responds to complainats and questions.
Like I said the receptionist's to the PA all were very nice and really seemed like they care!!!I am very pleased with everyone I spoke with or came in contact with!!! Jennifer Alix is very knowledgeable and also kind and patient!!!

It was my first time seeing this provider she did an excellent job keeping me informed and diagnosing my illness.
In a short period of time I've seen many providers who were very unsuccessful at bed side manner, communication with patients and creating a positive experience for patience's. Since seeing Jennifer Alix my faith in medical practice has completely changed! I consistently request to see Jennifer and each time she is patient kind and caring to all aspect of my health. I would truly follow her to any practice if she were to ever leave!

Jen is the reason I stay at this practice. I've not been happy with other providers I have seen there, and I've been extremely unhappy with wait time (several 1-2 hours on hold!) trying to call and speak to a real person at the practice.
