It is upsetting that the medical chart currently is missing information since the electronic record change. This is concerning as the meds lists are not accurate and office staff challenge patient’s shared information. Each time I come in I have a complaint about an office staff’s actions or attitude . Dr Ong is a good provider but the professionalism of her office staff and their competency has diminished over time. When I left I was not sure if my concerns about the electronic record would be addressed..
