Dr. Cyril listened to my concerns and responded accordingly in friendly manner.
This was my 3rd visit with Dr. Cyril. Our interaction was much improved over my first visit there.
He puts my mind at ease and treats my problems well and suggests a treatment plan that he feels is right for me. I can ask questions and discuss my lab results and he explains them to me.

He welcomes you as soon as he comes into the room. he asked you if you have any medical concerns or any problem that he can help you with. his knowledgeable of your past medical history. I would recommend him to anyone who ask me about a provider, I would have trouble finding someone else like him

Is there any chance I could switch to a different doctor I lost all confidence in him and I don't want to lose confidence in the hospital itself because I had good experience I'm not going to let one bad experience ruin it for me.... But I lost all trust in that doctor He honestly comes across like he doesn't care doesn't even let you talk or explain the problem without him coming to a solution without you explaining it...
Dr. Joseph truly listens. He cares about what I ask or tell him. He makes certain to refer or follow up if it something that is of concern.

I think generally the appointments are scheduled too close together. I don't see how anyone can keep up that pace of seeing patients. I worry that Dr Joseph will burn out and leave me looking for another primary doctor.

I would NOT recommend this provider to anyone. His only concern was his overwhelming amount of patients and assured me he would not remember who I was Or what I needed. He would not listen to my concerns, issues, and felt all he could do was refer me to specialists. I felt Extremely rushed. I was Very upset when I left. I would rather go to urgent care than return. I will Be looking for another provider immediately.
This is excellent. I love the whole scene at 175 Carew. The blood office is cozy and never crowded like 21 Dwight Road in Longmeadow which is a disgrace due to crowding.

I saw this doctor in mid-December. He was much more attentive and concerned with my care this post surgery/rehab visit than the earlier appointment.
