Dr. khan was prompt in allowing Retina center appoitments , as well as flexibility for next appointment. She has a quick understanding of health concerns.

Dr. Khan also did not read my chart prior to the visit so we mainly spent time going through information already provided (and discussed in my last appointment) it is very frustrating to be lectured about things I am already aware of. She also mentioned that I was not giving her name to other documents so she doesn't not receive my records/ test results and when I mentioned that I do, she quickly realized all of my tests are in the chart and did not acknowledge her mistake/ rude comment

Not sure if it's a slight language issue, but Dr Khan comes across as not listening to my issues. She has her set list of preventative issues to tick through, but does not go further if you bring up something outside of that. This exam was not thorough. She is purely a gatekeeper type MD who will refer to specialists as needed.

I had trouble breathing and Dr Khan was very concerned about me

Overall I appreciate having a doctor. Sometimes appointments are hard to get when I need them. Sometimes the experience is short and impersonal with minimal attempt to diagnose, and am sent off with medication to test. I'm sure all provider's are busy and have a lot of patients, but sometimes it's hard to have confidence in my treatment when things are moved so quickly.
