Truly listens, cares, and checks the past test results and notes to determine what is the next step in my medical care and when.

Dr. Cruz is an excellent provider and I would recommend him to friends/family however THONE lacks in several areas such as exceptionally long wait times when calling the office, long wait times at check in and lack of available appointments for sick/ urgent visits.

Again, like I said, Dr. Cruz always goes out of his way to help me. And always resolve any issues I have. I’ve been with Dr. Cruz for years and I will continue to be with him for years and I wouldn’t want any other doctor but him. And he’s very friendly and takes plenty of time with me at every visit.

I have grown over time to trust him with my life. He’s patent observant attentive sensitive to my needs and issues, always professional yet respectful and friendly and very open and honest. He tries to cater to patients best he can while giving best care and advice. These are my reasons I am grateful for having Dr.Cruz as my PCP. I hope to keep such a rare breed of medical professionals. Trinity is very lucky to have him on the team.
