This support group is held every 4th Thursday at 1pm via Teams. The support group is your opportunity to bond and talk with other mothers as you all navigate the journey of motherhood.

Are you looking for a community to support you on your breastfeeding journey? If so, we invite you to join our free monthly virtual breastfeeding support group.

Our group meets on the fourth Thursday of every month from 1–2 p.m. This is a welcoming space to connect with other mothers as you navigate the many stages of motherhood. The group is led by board-certified lactation consultants who are here to guide you and provide compassionate support.

Registration is recommended so we can notify you of any schedule changes or cancellations.
