Saint Francis Hospital was founded in 1897 and is the largest Catholic hospital in the New England. We are licensed for 617 inpatient beds and 65 bassinets and are committed to health and healing through excellence, compassionate care and a reverence for the spirituality of each person.

In 2015 Saint Francis Hospital joined the Trinity Health System and works in collaboration with other local members of Trinity Health forming the Trinity Health Of New England regional ministry.

Our Core Values:

  • Reverence: We honor the sacredness and dignity of every person.
  • Commitment to Those Who are Poor: We stand with and serve those who are poor, especially those most vulnerable.
