Which option is right for me?
A Trinity Health Of New England Virtual Visit is an easy way to be diagnosed and treated for common medical conditions within an hour. You can quickly connect with a provider through the convenience and safety of your computer or mobile device, and on your schedule. Simply create an account, provide some medical history and answer some questions about your medical needs.
You can then choose an online interview or a video visit on demand between hours of [OPEN] to [CLOSE] to connect with a provider to receive a treatment plan.
Common Conditions Treated by Virtual Visit

- Cold, sinus infection or influenza (flu)

Virtual Visits are not meant to replace a visit with your primary care provider. For care related to an existing (chronic) condition or to receive a medication refill, please schedule an appointment with your provider OR call your provider's office to schedule an appointment.
This option allows you to schedule an online video visit with your provider when it’s convenient for you. A video visit is an easy way to be diagnosed and treated for common minor medical conditions. A Trinity Health Of New England provider will connect with you during your scheduled appointment and offer a diagnosis and treatment plan.
To schedule a virtual visit:
- Schedule your visit
- Based on your provider’s preferred scheduling method, schedule an appointment when it’s convenient for you.
- Provider confirms appointment
- Based on provider availability, appointment is confirmed.
- You will need a computer or tablet/iPad or smartphone but no additional software. Have an audio device with a microphone, such as a headset or USB-connected speaker/microphone combo, that can connect so you can see, hear and speak with your provider.
- Video interview
- Your provider will send you a message with a link to activate your video visit.
- Speak with a provider about your symptoms.
- Your provider will create a treatment plan, which may include a prescription if necessary.
- Shortly after the completion of your visit, you'll be notified when the results are available.

Watch for Symptoms
Reported illnesses have ranged from mild symptoms to severe illness and death for confirmed COVID-19 cases. These symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure (based on the incubation period of MERS-CoV viruses). People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:

- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore Throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
