Approachable, kind and informative
She was very patient with me in my questions explain things easily for me to understand she also was very personable and funny which put me totally at ease about the procedure in any follow-up procedures
I made a few suggestions to Melanie for new patients before surgery that I did to prepare myself to enter this critical surgery. I began using the two breathing apparatus the Airlife where you breath in to keep the ball at a certain level and the Aerobika, which I had from my first surgery in 2021, I started to prepare my lungs to be in the best shape possible. She thought that was a great idea and has put together a package to help patients prepare. What other team would consider suggestions from a patient?
