She was caring and took the time to explain things.

I appreciate the care how thorough the providers have been with finding things that I need medical treatment for.

To be honest, this is the first time I visited a primary care doctor at Trinity and felt like just another patient, almost like a robot. Did not feel any carrying for my health. I was quite surprised when she asked if she could record our conversation on her personal phone; it felt very odd. I didn't feel any warmth or happiness from her or the nurse. The interaction felt robotic, with no real conversation and a very serious tone. While she seems like a capable doctor, it was disheartening to be treated in such a mechanical way. I plan to return, but I'm unsure about what happened and why I was treated this way.

Providers should be encouraged to sit when meeting a new patient, a primary care should know their patients. It didn't feel like that was going to be the case here, I'll just be a medical chart number

Hope Dr Jaloudi stays, I've had 3 PC''s in a little over a year. What's the problem that no one stays

The doctors and nurses are always pretty good. It is always a different one every time.
