Excellent from scheduling to actual exam with PCP
Recommended certain vaccines, reordered a med in the correct dosage so that pills would not need to be cut in half. Ordered an ultrasound to be done before my next cardiology appointment.
I felt like my concerns were insignificant. Dr Shain was not listening and seemed to be rushing which is not usual
I enjoyed my visit and was totally satisfied with the care provided

Dr Shain appeared to be in a hurry to get out of the room. She barely mentioned my recent bone scan results, when asked about an anemia diagnosis, she was dismissive snd unconcerned about the origin or how to correct the condition. I have tried to have a successful relationship with her but I do not get the feeling she cares to.
Provider - no issues - however your new computer system is obviously cutting into time that could be spent with the patients.
