I had mentioned some discomfort in my hand and it was brushed off or forgotten.

I will not be back to see this provider. Very rude and doesn't want to listen really to what I say. She hears one word and that's all she wants to talk about. Don't ever talk about the subject of why I'm there. I was there for something totally different but when she found out I didn't take my medicine that morning that's all she was stuck on. And she thought I said I don't take it unless my BP is low but that wasn't the cause. I asked if I should take it when its low or not. She doesn't listen. And I feel stupid when I leave. Even the people that comes with me don't want me to see her again and they also felt the same way I did
Luciann was rude, she told me she didn't have time to discuss the issue I came in with and only wanted to discuss medications. Then refused to prescribe the same medications I've been on for 10 years.
I did not feel heard or understood…I felt a lack of empathy in regard to what I was experiencing & how it was making me feel
my experience with this provider has been excellent. I have reservations with the Trinity Healthcare system.
Aside from beimg late 45 mins, the provider is alwaya nice

Luciann is a rock star
I was out of the medicine I was prescribed years ago. Regardless of how long I'd been to the doctor, the provider kept referring back to how I was medicating myself without has a prescription instead of talking about my future in taking these meds. I feel as thought she did not believe my story. She did address my reason for being there and I am now on new medication due to my numbers she got that morning for my BP however I think my numbers would have been lower if I didn't feel annoyed during our conversation. I am overweight and that was not addressed in anyway during my physical.

Not all of the physicians I see at your practice have the same bedside manner as Lucy. They should all take a few lessons from her.
She makes it so you don't mind coming back
