WATERBURY, Conn. - Saint Mary’s Hospital is honored to announce that their Chief Nursing Officer, Shawna Edwards, MSN, RN, has been named as a Paradigm for Parity 2024 Women on the Rise honoree. This annual acknowledgement in honor of Women’s Equality Day celebrates exceptional women in corporate leadership who are breaking barriers, advancing gender parity, and promoting racial equity in the workforce.
