Maxwel Maddox Named Medical Group’s Colleague of the Month

Maxwel Maddox, Colleague of the Month for Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group. 

Max began his career in the Lung Cancer Screening Program at 15 years old, when he was awarded a paid internship through the Martin Luther King Jr. Program in partnership with Mercy’s Department of Community Health and Wellbeing. Now in his fourth year as a Business Service Representative, Max has won over colleagues and patients alike. Colleagues say Max “is a joy to have on our team” and patients often reference him in their Qualtrics survey saying he is “friendly, polite, professional, and helpful.”

Colleagues also appreciate Max’s efforts as a “Super User” during preparations for TogetherCare go-live and his willingness to take on additional responsibilities as the programs have grown. In one nomination form, a colleague wrote, “employees like Max are the backbone of the organization, serving as a compassionate and transforming healing presence, not only on the grander scale of our community, but here within our office with his colleagues. Max is the type of person whose general presence makes you want to be your best self.”
