Medical Group Providers Honored for High Customer Satisfaction

In an ever-growing customer-driven climate, consumers are making purchasing decisions based on what they see and hear in their local communities and online. Health care providers are becoming more impacted by online patient reviews, as prospective patients are relying on these reviews to select providers. As a result, soliciting, monitoring, and responding to online reviews have become critical elements in improving and maintaining the online reputation of both health care providers and organizations.
For the last several years, the Trinity Health Of New England Marketing and Communications (MarComm) team has partnered with Reputation.com, a leader in providing online reputation management for health care organizations. Their online review platform is geared specifically towards enhancing an organization’s ability to manage online feedback, generate more positive reviews, and increase star ratings. The collaborative work between Reputation.com, Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group, and the MarComm team has proven to significantly improve the online search presence for hundreds of Trinity Health Of New England providers and locations. Currently, MarComm is managing over 700 “Google My Business” listings through the Reputation.com platform. These locations range from hospitals to emergency departments to medical group locations and their respective providers.
As a result, 150 individual providers, and 19 Trinity Health Of New England locations have been recognized by Reputation.com with its 800 Award. To determine 800 Award honorees, Reputation pulls a list of the Reputation Scores for every business location on the Reputation platform. Those that are honored will have achieved a score of 800 or higher due to their focus on high customer satisfaction throughout the past year.
