Medical Group Providers Earn Top Reputation Scores

Trinity Health Of New England honored with Reputation Awards for exceptional patient experience reviews. 

To determine honorees, Reputation pulls a list of the Reputation Scores for every location on the Reputation platform. Those honored will have achieved a score of 800 or higher due to their focus on high customer satisfaction throughout the past year.

The 900 Award honors an elite group of companies that have gone beyond traditional voice of the customer strategies to achieve a true brand reputation advantage in today’s marketplace. In 2026, 192 Trinity Health Of New England providers had a Reputation score of 800 or higher, an 18% increase over the previous year, while 27 providers had a score of 900 or higher, a 400% increase over the previous year. The Waterbury Market held 41% of the profiles, while 40% were from the Hartford Market, and 19% were from the Springfield Market.
