Migdalia “Millie” Machuca Named Medical Group’s Colleague of the Month

Millie Machuca, Medical Group Colleague of the Month for September. 

With more than 40 years of dedicated service, Millie has held various administrative roles and consistently excelled in each one. According to colleagues, “her customer service skills are unmatched, and her compassionate guidance has positively impacted both our staff and patients throughout her career.” Colleagues also appreciate Millie’s positive outlook, especially in difficult situations, noting, “she has a remarkable ability to listen, understand, and turn the situation around. Her empathy and professionalism consistently restore trust and satisfaction.” Additionally, Millie is credited with being a “stabilizing force” during the TogetherCare transition, helping the office navigate the process with greater ease. As one colleague wrote in a nomination form, “Millie is a wonderful person, and we are so lucky to have her on our team.”
