Annette Zavala Named Medical Group Colleague of the Month

Annette Zavala, Medical Assistant for the Department of Plastic Surgery in the Hartford Market, was been selected as Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group’s Colleague of the Month for July.

Annette, who has been with Saint Francis Hospital for 24 years, was nominated by her manager who said, “I want to express my awe and admiration at your consistently high levels of hard work and focus on the job. You never seem to stop working. Your participation and initiative on countless undertakings has played a pivotal role in our productivity.” 

Her nomination also recognized Annette’s personal character, qualities of integrity and hard work, and expressed gratitude for being a team player. “With you on board, I feel that we can go anywhere,” her manager noted. Annette’s nomination included how valuable she is to surgeon Dr. Samuel Buonocore, saying he “speaks so highly of you. He couldn’t ask for a better Medical Assistant.”
