Medical Group Announces Latest Colleague of the Month

Julie McKenzie, Orthopedics Practice Manager in Springfield, has been selected as Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group’s Colleague of the Month for December.

A member of the medical group team for more than eight years, Julie is respected and well-liked by her colleagues for her leadership, attention to detail, and willingness to help regardless of the task. In one nomination form, a colleague wrote that Julie will “room patients, clean exam rooms, answer phones, or sit with a patient while they wait for EMT transport to the hospital.” In addition to making patients her top priority, Julie is also credited for her management style as she balances productivity with responsible patient care, quality of life for her team, and the overall success of the organization. One colleague sums up her experience with this observation: “I have worked with some wonderful managers in my life, but none compare to Julie!”
