For the sixth straight year, Saint Mary’s Hospital was voted Best Hospital in the Waterbury Republican American’s Reader’s Choice Awards yearly recognition supplement.

Saint Mary's was voted "Best Hospital" by Republican American readers.

“We are deeply honored to be voted ‘Best Hospital’ in the Republican American’s Reader’s Choice Awards. This recognition is a testament to the unwavering dedication of our entire team who work together to provide compassionate, high-quality care every day. We are proud to serve our community and grateful for the trust our patients place in us,” said Robert Roose, MD, MPH, President, Saint Mary’s Hospital.

The annual “Best Of” awards started in 2018 with a mission to recognize community businesses in over 150 categories, including medical facilities and services, legal services, pets, home, and garden, and more.

Readers select the area’s BEST local businesses and service professionals, making the honor especially meaningful. According to the Republican American, “There is no newsroom involvement in the ‘Reader’s Choice contest’,” ensuring the results are a true reflection of community appreciation.

Saint Mary’s is proud to offer expert care in the areas that matter most, including Urology, Women’s Health, Wound Care, and our nationally accredited Bariatric Surgery Program, recognized for safety, quality and life-changing results.
