Felix’s actions consistently go above and beyond the routine duties of his role and contribute meaningfully to a positive patient experience. One nomination recognized his efforts, saying, “Felix’s presence directly enhances the unit’s environment. Patients frequently express gratitude for his kind approach and attentiveness.”
Felix notices the needs of others, whether clinical or emotional, and he responds with compassion and urgency.
