Shannon Neumann, MS, ACSM, has been selected as the March 2026 Colleague of the Month for Saint Mary’s Hospital. Shannon, an exercise physiologist in the cardiac rehabilitation department, is recognized for exemplifying reverence, compassion and respect in every aspect of her work. “She has a natural ability to connect with patients… She takes the time to truly listen, ensuring patients feel heard and understood rather than rushed,” shared a colleague in her nomination form.

Her leadership has made a meaningful difference in maintaining morale and stability within the team.”
