Victoria Williams Named Colleague of the Month at Saint Mary’s

Victoria Williams was selected as the January 2026 Colleague of the Month for Saint Mary’s Hospital. Victoria, the Healing Grounds Café Food Service Assistant, is recognized for her positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to support her colleagues.

Victoria embodies Trinity Health Of New England’s Mission and Core Values of Stewardship, Integrity, Safety, and Commitment to those Experiencing Poverty. “She always takes the time to engage with those around her, showing a sincere concern for their well-being and she does it all with a warm smile that never fails to brighten your day,” shared a colleague in her nomination form.
Whether it’s offering a listening ear or making an amazing cup of coffee, Victoria is described by colleagues as a light that brings a sense of comfort and positivity to the workplace. Her nomination noted, “Vicky’s presence makes a real difference, and I believe she truly embodies the spirit of what it means to be Colleague of the Month.”
