Ted Rogers has been selected as the October 2024 Colleague of the Month at Saint Francis. Ted, Emergency Department Technician, is being recognized for his commitment to his colleagues, his team, and the Trinity Health Of New England Mission.   

Ted Rogers, Emergency Department Technician, was named Colleague of the Month for October at Saint Francis.

Ted, who has been with the Saint Francis Emergency Department for 17 years, is a resource to many in the department. In his nomination, Ted’s manager noted that he “is a dependable colleague who many call when in need. No matter the issue, he finds a solution to help keep our patients safe. Ted is committed to providing the department with the tools we need to serve those who are experiencing poverty.” 

Additionally, Ted has helped train countless staff members and mentors new colleagues and volunteers who work in the Emergency Department. He is a member of the Injury Prevention Team, instructing Let’s Not Meet By Accident classes to help guide local youth in the community. Ted’s nomination also noted that he “ensures we provide the highest level of care possible in a complex and high-paced environment. And, he is always willing to discuss a good book or sports history story, which makes everyone’s day even better!”
