Jimmy Samuels Named Colleague of the Month at Saint Francis

Jimmy Samuels, a Housekeeping Aide who provides services on the Labor and Delivery unit, was named the November Colleague of the Month at Saint Francis.

Jimmy, who is responsible for providing housekeeping services on the Labor and Delivery unit, received multiple nominations from colleagues on the unit and from his EVS team. Each nomination highlighted Jimmy’s exceptional work ethic, positive attitude, attention to detail, and dedication to the unit. One nomination stated, “Jimmy consistently goes above and beyond in his duties, ensuring that our environment is not only clean but also welcoming and comfortable for patients and their families. In addition to his excellent work ethic, Jimmy is known for his kindness. His warm demeanor and friendly nature help create a calming atmosphere, which is invaluable in our line of work.”

A nomination from a member of his team said, “Jimmy is the BEST co-worker I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is a very humble guy who is always helpful and friendly. The quality of his work is impeccable, and we are blessed to have him on our team!” Jimmy was also described as “a breath of fresh air” and “a light.”
