Manuel Rodriguez, Jr. Named Colleague of the Month at Saint Francis

Manny Rodriguez, Jr., EVS Team Leader in the Main Operating Room, was named July Colleague of the Month at Saint Francis.

Manny received multiple nominations which all mentioned his leadership and importance to both the EVS and OR teams. One nomination read, “Manny is always going above and beyond not only to his EVS team but the whole OR. He is the true backbone of the Main OR and is always there for us when we need him. He treats his colleagues as family and is an incredible leader and teammate.”

In another nomination, his manager noted, “Manny is a humble person and colleague. He performs with awareness, ensuring safety to all. He leads and delegates the EVS OR and ASU team with respect and by example. Manny and the team have an amazing relationship, more so like family. I couldn’t ask for a better Team Leader.” 

His nominations concluded by saying, “Manny encompasses the values of Saint Francis Hospital in his acts every day.”
