Jane Marozzi, BSN, RN, C-EFM, C-MNN, Nurse Manager, Maternity at Saint Francis Hospital, was recently honored as the Leader of the Month by the hospital’s Executive Leadership Team. The recognition reflects Jane’s consistent dedication, thoughtful leadership, and the positive impact she has on her team and the organization.
Jane Marozzi, Nurse Manager on Maternity, was recognized by the Executive Leadership Team.
Jane has been with Saint Francis for 39 years, starting her nursing career in Cardiology before transitioning to Maternity, where she has served for the last 26 years.
The Leader of the Month Award recognizes managers and directors for their leadership, stewardship, and focus on growth and service excellence. Recipients are chosen by the Executive Leadership Team for demonstrating sustained improvement and modeling best practices in the areas of patient experience, Focused Colleague Recognition, StandOut, and/or revenue and expense management.
