Debbie Albert, RT, Named Colleague of the Month at Saint Francis

Debbie Albert, RT, was selected as the March Colleague of the Month at Saint Francis.

Debbie consistently exemplifies excellence in patient care and fully embodies all of the organization’s Core Values, approaching every patient with compassion and dignity, always going above and beyond what is expected.

In her nomination, Debbie’s manager highlighted a recent example of extraordinary patient care. When caring for a patient who required some additional personal care, Debbie took the initiative to ensure the patient’s comfort and dignity by providing gentle cleansing and grooming. Her nomination noted, “This act reflected not only her clinical excellence, but her deep respect for each individual she serves.” 

In addition to her patient care, Debbie is an invaluable team member. Her manager wrote, “she is always willing to support her colleagues, proactively identifies and addresses potential safety concerns before they arise and serves as a trusted resource within the department. Debbie’s unwavering kindness, attention to detail and dedication make a meaningful impact on both patients and staff. She truly represents the highest standards of our organization.”
