Steven Napper, Electronic Imaging Tech, was selected as the February 2025 Colleague of the Month at Saint Francis.
Steven, who received multiple nominations, was described as “an exemplary employee, who leads with kindness and compassion in all that he does.” In a nomination submitted by colleagues in the Cancer Center, he was recognized for being efficient and professional. It was also noted that due to his quick responses to requests, the team is able to help newly diagnosed cancer patients be seen by providers sooner, with one colleague saying, “I don’t think Steve knows how much of a difference he makes with all the help he has given to our patients who are dealing with such life-changing health issues. He exemplifies what Trinity Health Of New England is all about by serving our patients behind the scenes.”
In another nomination, Steven was recognized for helping in countless ways beyond his normal day-to-day responsibilities. When a need for help was identified, Steven volunteered to assist on second and third shifts, took on additional training, and dedicated many hours to assisting the team with patient care. His manager concluded by saying, “Steve is a shining example of what it means to work as a team! His dedication to the organization and the Department of Radiology is greatly appreciated!”
Congratulations, Steven!
