Johnson Announces Latest Colleague of the Month

Karen Lee, a social worker in the Case Management Department, has been selected as Johnson Memorial Hospital's Colleague of the Month for February.

Described as “a definite asset” to the hospital, Karen has been a member of the Johnson team for more than eight years. She is credited with consistently demonstrating a willingness to assist colleagues and a “pleasant, helpful, and kind approach” with patients. If there are questions or concerns brought to her attention, she quickly follows up to ensure patients and their family members are well informed. Colleagues also note that no matter how busy Karen is, she also manages to respond with positivity and a smile.
