Richard Cote, Environmental Services Technician in the Building Services Department, has been selected as Johnson Memorial Hospital's Colleague of the Month for May. The selection for this honor is based on the nominations of fellow colleagues who recognized Richard for consistently "exceeding expectations, demonstrating excellence in job performance, and delivering exceptional service."
An 18-year member of the Johnson team, Richard is described as a “very dedicated and hard-working employee” who is known for his willingness to “lend a helping hand” and promptly taking care of any question or concern brought to his attention. Colleagues also appreciate Rich’s commitment to helping them out, even if the request doesn’t fall within his typical duties. In one nomination form, a colleague wrote, “Rich never has a negative response…we are lucky to have him at JMH.”
