Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group’s Primary Care service line has a Traveling Trophy initiative. The trophy is filled with treats and is awarded to a practice that has achieved excellence in a quality, patient satisfaction or revenue cycle metric. We’re pleased to announce that in March, the Traveling Trophy was awarded to Windsor Locks Primary Care!
Windsor Locks Primary Care takes the Traveling Trophy, an initiative that highlights performance measures in primary care offices.
Windsor Locks was recognized for their commitment to our patients and for consistently achieving Net Promoter Scores in the mid to high 90s. They were also recognized for meeting and exceeding our metrics for hypertension control, confirmatory blood pressures and social influencers of health.
