Trinity Health Of New England Leaders Named Power Players in Health Care

Hartford Business Journal includes Montez Carter and Valerie Powell- Stafford on annual list of region’s most influential health care leaders. 

Montez Carter, PharmD, FACHE, President and CEO, Trinity Health Of New England and Valerie Powell-Stafford, MHSA, FACHE, President, Saint Francis Hospital and Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital, were both named to the Health Care Power Players list which highlights leaders who are tackling complex issues and setting the agenda for the year ahead.

The list was selected by HBJ’s editorial team and includes a mix of established decision makers and emerging voices in the greater Hartford region. The media outlet states that Connecticut’s health care landscape is being reshaped by workforce pressures, reimbursement challenges, rising drug costs, consolidation and technology.
