Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group’s Primary Care service line has a Traveling Trophy initiative. The trophy is filled with treats and is awarded to a practice that has achieved excellence in a quality, patient satisfaction or revenue cycle metric. We’re pleased to announce that in February, the Traveling Trophy was awarded to Chicopee East Primary Care!
Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group's Primary Care Traveling Trophy was presented to Chicopee East for the month of February.
Chicopee was recognized for their commitment to our quality initiatives. They have led all primary care practices for Social Influencers of Health for many months and were at 100% during the second week of February! This important initiative focuses on health equity and making sure we provide quality care to all our patients. They also met our confirmatory blood pressure goal of 86%.
