Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group’s Primary Care service line’s Traveling Trophy initiative celebrates a practice that has achieved excellence in quality, patient satisfaction or revenue cycle metric. We’re excited to share that The Primary Care Traveling Trophy was awarded to Primary Care Partners, Prospect for the month of May!
Initiative aims to highlight performance measures in primary care offices.
Prospect was recognized for their commitment to our patients through their exceptional performance with our quality metrics. They have met or exceeded our targets for hypertension control, confirmatory blood pressures, social influencers of health and annual wellness visits. They are also consistently meeting our patient satisfaction goals.
