Medical Group Announces Colleague of the Month Winner

Congratulations to the Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group July 2024 Colleague of the Month, Alexis Scarino, LPN! As a nurse in the Urology Department in Middlebury, Alexis was selected for consistently going above and beyond to help one of the busiest offices in the organization perform at a high level.
Alexis Scarino, LPN, is named Medical Group Colleague of the Month for July 2024.
The nomination for Alexis states that, “She exemplifies every value of Trinity Health. Her work ethic and personality embody what all colleagues should strive for.” Alexis is known as being one of the first colleagues in every morning and one of the last to leave. “She always takes care of the doctors, making sure their feet are out the door before she leaves for the day.”
The nomination for Alexis also states, “not only does she keep the workflow of the office moving, but she also singlehandedly takes responsibility for every prior authorization submitted to the office. I don’t know how we would function without her!”
