Congratulations to the September 2024 Colleague of the Month, Sarah Froese, MSN, RN. As a Clinical Shift Supervisor in the Department of Nursing, Sarah is being recognized for demonstrating excellence in job performance and exceptional leadership during multiple critical periods.
Sarah Froese, MSN, RN, is Saint Mary's September Colleague of the Month.
Sarah has served as the nursing supervisor during several EPIC down-time situations and provided a calming presence to several leaders across the continuum of care. She managed the emergencies at the hospital, while also balancing the many ongoing responsibilities of nursing supervisor during the several crises. Administrators recognize her as a steady, safe presence in times of emergency. A humble colleague, Sarah, does not bring light or attention to the exceptional work she manages. Congratulations, Sarah!
