A colleague for more than 19 years, Jennifer is a vital member of the Mercy team who strives for excellence and keeps things running smoothly. Most recently, Jennifer was recognized for her commitment to UKG, familiarizing herself with the platform’s upgraded resources for timekeeping and scheduling. Over the past several months, Jennifer has provided endless hours of education to the inpatient team as well as other departments who seek her assistance. In one nomination form, a colleague noted that Jennifer “is the ‘go to’ person for any UKG questions and she is always willing to help.”
