Michelle Garvey, RN, Named Mercy’s Latest Colleague of the Month

Michelle Garvey, RN, Mercy's Colleague of the Month for July.

Always a team player, Michelle willingly steps in wherever help is needed and adapts seamlessly to changing circumstances. As one colleague wrote in a nomination form, “I often refer to Michelle as our ‘Swiss Army Knife’ nurse because of her versatility, reliability, and willingness to support any area of the department without hesitation.”

Additionally, Michelle treats every patient and colleague with respect, compassion, and dignity, reflecting the Core Values of Reverence and Justice in her daily interactions. “Her selfless approach, flexibility, and commitment to excellence make a meaningful impact on our team and the patients we serve,” the colleague continued.
